THE NESHA MILLER SPAY-NEUTER ASSISTANCE MEMORIAL FUND

The Nesha Miller Spay-Neuter Assistance Memorial Fund was created in July of 1998. Fred and Ruth Miller began this program in memory of their dog Nesha. The program assists individuals and families with yearly incomes of $35,000 or less. It allows them to have their dogs and cats spayed or neutered. This helps to reduce the problem of pet overpopulation.  Call 870-425-9221 for further information.
